Refund policy

Please read our return policy carefully:

Thank you for shopping at our bike shop! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. 

General Terms: All returns are for FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY and must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. 
Store credit will be issued based on the condition of the returned item. We encourage customers to inspect their purchases carefully before use. *Clearance items cannot be returned.*
- Bicycles: if there are clear signs of use—such as scratches, scuffs, or dirt—our shop reserves the right to deduct from the credit amount a fee to cover the cost of restoring the bicycle to a sellable condition.
- Accessories: must be in their original packaging and in new, re-sellable condition.
- Clothing: Clothing items may be returned provided they are unused, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. Items that have been worn or have had their tags removed are not eligible for return.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to safety and hygiene reasons ALL HELMET SALES ARE FINAL, so please choose carefully.

For shipped orders, request your Return Authorization Number by emailing hola@casabikes.com with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval, you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.

To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.

Upon the receipt of your package, a refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
