Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at our bike shop! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully:
Accessories: We accept returns on unopened and unused accessories within 21 days of the purchase date. All accessories must be in their original packaging and in new, resalable condition. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Bicycles: Bicycles can be returned within 21 days of purchase for store credit only. If there are clear signs of use—such as scratches, scuffs, or dirt—our shop reserves the right to charge a restocking fee to cover the cost of restoring the bicycle to a salable condition.
Helmets: Due to safety and hygiene reasons, helmets cannot be returned. All helmet sales are final, so please choose carefully.
Clothing: Clothing items may be returned within 21 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. Items that have been worn or have had their tags removed are not eligible for return.
General Terms: All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Store credit will be issued at the store's discretion based on the condition of the returned item. We encourage customers to inspect their purchases carefully before use.
Request your Return Authorization Number by emailing hola@casabikes.com with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval, you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
Upon the receipt of your package, a refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
