We want you to ride away confident you got a great deal. If you find a lower price on an electric bike we carry, we’ll work with you to match it.

How to request a price match: Visit us at either location, 181 Morgan Avenue (Cambridge Crossing) or 520 Kendall Street (Kendall Square), or reach out by phone or email before you purchase.

Policy Details

1. Eligible products. 

The bike must be brand new, identical to the one we sell (same brand, model, model year, size, and color), and either in stock or available for us to order. The lower price must come from an authorized retailer of that brand.

2. Proof of price. 

We’ll ask for a valid quote, current advertisement, or a working website link that clearly shows the price you’d like us to match.

3. What our price includes. 

Our matched price reflects the full cost of getting you safely on the road: shipping, professional assembly, and preparation. When matching an online retailer’s price, our standard bike build fee will be added, since direct-to-consumer prices don’t include professional assembly.

4. Taxes. 

Sales tax is not included in the matched price. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Exclusions. 

Price matches cannot be combined with coupons, rebates, bonus gifts, financing promotions, or any other special offers. Prices from unauthorized dealers, marketplace listings, used or open-box bikes, clearance/liquidation sales, and pricing errors are not eligible.

6. Our discretion. 

All price matches are granted at the discretion of Casa Bikes. We work hard to price our products accurately, but mistakes can happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right not to sell it at the marked price.
